Cleaning of St. Matthew’s School Building

The washing of the historic school building is just about complete. Building Restoration Company has done a bang up job - the building looks fresh, clean, and bright as a new penny! Now the work will begin on replacing damaged brick, stone, mortar, tuckpointing, and then doing an acid wash. Many have asked why we cannot get the “new school” cleaned at the same time. The answer is, MONEY. We do not have sufficient funds to wash the exterior of the 1928 building (it will cost $24,700). If you have not made a gift to the Capital Campaign, or if you would like to make an additional gift you can designate the cleaning of the 1928 building to take place now.
