Latest Festival News
“STUFF” NEEDED: new and gently used goods for silent auction (something you would buy, no clothes; no soiled or broken items); baskets or
the making of baskets; bottles for bottle lotto; baked goods for bakery booth.
Bring all to the parish office. Thanks in advance
WORKERS NEEDED: for various food concessions and booths. Sign-up sheets available at weekend Masses. Set-up volunteers please arrive 1 PM Friday in the social hall, or 11 AM Saturday on the playground
RESERVE THE DATES AND TIMES, TOO. Bring your family, neighbors and
friends for food, fun, and a good experience of St. Matt’s parish family.

Come and enjoy good food, good friends, and good fun

Make some baked goods for the Rosary Society Booth

Bring/solicit items for the Silent Auction

Prepare a theme basket, or bring materials for one (they will be used in the Silent Auction)

Dust off your dancing shoes – a LIVE band on Saturday night performing Rock & Roll and Old Time (Polka) music!

Bring one or more clean, filled bottles for Bottle Lotto

Hone your card playing skills (Cribbage & Texas Hold 'em)

Volunteer to help with short order food

Supervise youth activities (with ear plugs?

Make a donation to cover some of the costs of the weekend (we're making a "funding tree" in the back of church)

Be a member of the planning team. Come to our weekly meeting.
